KEYS:
• Support supervisors with administrative tasks related to personnel coordination and shift scheduling.
• Organize day-to-day logistics including accommodation, travel, and transportation for site personnel.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires & terminations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees prior to and during onboarding and orientation.
• Prepare and distribute onboarding paperwork, including offer letters, I-9s, W-4s, and company policies.
