Human Resources Manager

As the HR Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our company culture and ensuring our employees have the resources and support they need to succeed. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development. Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the organization’s training program. Compliance & Policy: Ensure the company’s HR practices are in full compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws. Develop and update company policies and procedures. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS systems, and prepare relevant reports. Culture & Engagement: Champion our company culture, organizing and leading initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.

Job Requirement:Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Automotive experience a plus. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus. A positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
