HVAC Control Technician
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $42.28/hour + $2.20/hour shift differential
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime required, typically 12-hour shifts with 4 hours before or after the standard shift)
Training Period: 6-12 months on 1st shift
Benefits:
- PTO: 6 days after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years

Requirements:
- S1 or S2 license required
- Drug screening and background check
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in an industrial setting.
- Operate and maintain central plant equipment (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, compressors, pumps, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond to emergency system failures.
- Document maintenance activities in the computerized system.
- Use Building Automation Systems to monitor and ensure proper equipment operation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per schedule.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management on work progress.
