  • Monday – Friday

Position Duties:

  • Point lead for all outsourced Information Technology needs. (MSP, Verizon, Spectrum, etc.)
  • Manages and delegates IT support tickets that are submitted by users throughout the organization
  • Ensures that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done
  • Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
  • Consistently updating IT documentation including network diagram, security program, asset lists, etc.
  • Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, network, wireless, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Manage IT Staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for use of technology systems
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
  • Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
  • Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Develop strategic IT Plan, annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Maintain or create necessary documentation of technology systems
  • Applies technical expertise when making independent decisions to move projects or tasks ahead.
  • Point lead for organizational events as well as special IT Projects that arise
  • Any other duties and tasks assigned

Pay Rate:

  • $40 – 50/ hour Depending on experience

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
