TITLE: International Inside Sales Specialist
LOCATION: North Haven, CT
COMPENSATION: $75,000 Base + 8% Bonus
Additional: Sign-on bonus may be available
REQUIREMENT: Must speak fluent German (French strongly preferred)


About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and multilingual International Inside Sales Specialist to join a high-performing global inside sales team. In this role, you will support and expand international customer accounts—primarily German- and French-speaking—while representing a diverse, technical, and globally utilized product line.

You will handle both inbound and outbound international sales activity, quote preparation, customer development, and account expansion efforts. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to understand the specifications and applications of technical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow international customer accounts—primarily in German- and French-speaking markets

  • Respond to inbound inquiries related to products, processing services, pricing, and delivery

  • Generate accurate and timely quotes based on customer requirements

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to expand the customer base and identify new opportunities

  • Support customer development and long-term relationship building

  • Promote additional product lines, applications, and services to existing accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or related field preferred

  • Experience in international sales or proven sales aptitude

  • Fluent in German and French (spoken and written)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

  • Comfortable working with technical product specifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email platforms, and web-based tools
