IT Help Desk

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of IT Help Desk Tech or similar role required 
•  Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware and software (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in information technology or related field preferred 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide first-level technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist with general IT-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained and updated
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Active directory experience and provisioning of VPNs.
