Property Management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to help increase occupancy for a Tax Credit portfolio across the Buffalo region.
The fast-paced office requires an organized, motivated individual familiar with qualifying tax credit applicants while managing the leasing activities.
The company is in need of someone with a minimum of 1 year experience in Affordable Housing Leasing and will pay $21-24/hour with a schedule of 8:30am – 5pm Mon-Fri.
The Leasing Assistant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
The Leasing Assistant is the community’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
A Leasing Assistant is very service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
The Leasing Assistant will contact a person of authority should any situation warrant an act of decision not included in his or her duties and responsibilities.
HUD and Tax Credit experience required.
Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, Computer and telephone etiquette.
Lease Up experience would be great to have, but not necessary
