Caseload: ~70 patients – candidates must have comparable experience
Pay: -
LMSW: $56,500–$75,600

LCSW: $61,400–$85,800
Pay is based on years of experience and internal equity

About the Role:
Seeking an LMSW or LCSW to join a dynamic behavioral health team within a community-based outpatient setting. This role focuses on providing individual and group therapy to patients dealing with mental health, substance use, and/or co-occurring disorders. Must be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and working with a diverse, often underserved population.
What You’ll Do:

Provide therapy (individual and group) to assigned clients

Conduct behavioral health intakes and assessments as needed

Maintain active caseload and meet productivity standards

Coordinate care with other providers, agencies, and services

Treat patients with complex issues including trauma, homelessness, and addiction

Document clinical interactions in accordance with standards

Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care principles
Ideal Background:
-
Master’s in Social Work (required)

LMSW or LCSW in the state of CT (required)
-
0–5 years’ post-grad experience accepted
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Experience with underserved populations strongly preferred

Strong grasp of behavioral health diagnoses, assessments, and treatment modalities
