Trial Attorney
Location: Quincy, MA
Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 annually
Experience Level: 5+ years as a Litigation Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its litigation practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on trial work. This role requires an attorney who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can effectively work alongside other litigation attorneys and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including trials, appeals, and administrative proceedings.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including complex disputes and high-stakes legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

- Shareholder Litigation
- Labor and Employment Litigation

- Appeals
- Administrative Law (including City/Town Administrative Boards and State/Federal Agencies)
- Probate Litigation (e.g., Will Contests, Trust Litigation, Accounting Litigation)
- Guardianship and Conservatorship Petitions
- Equity Actions
- Real Estate Litigation (including Land Use, Zoning, and Landlord-Tenant Disputes)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience with a proven track record in trial settings (trial experience is non-negotiable).
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented firm.
- Existing book of business or demonstrated ability to attract new clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
