Litigation Paralegal – Philadelphia Office
A national law firm with a strong litigation practice is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Philadelphia office.
Position Summary:
The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience, including experience with e-discovery.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and proofread pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, legal correspondence, and case summaries.

Manage document production, including collection, review, redaction, indexing, and electronic filing with state and federal courts.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files; manage litigation calendars and deadlines.

Conduct legal and factual research; analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal publications.

Coordinate and support all phases of discovery, including preparing discovery requests and responses.

Assist in trial preparation and attend depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials as needed.

Summarize witness interviews, deposition transcripts, and medical records.

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff.

Track billable hours and maintain accurate timekeeping records in accordance with firm policies.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of court procedures, rules of civil procedure, and e-filing protocols.

Strong e-discovery experience is required.

Experience with trial software is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
