Key Responsibilities

Implement and support litigation technology, systems, and best practices across offices in alignment with firm policies and business goals

Consult with attorneys and case teams on eDiscovery strategy, discovery responses, and litigation workflows

Partner with Client Services and firm leadership to ensure the use of innovative, cost-effective discovery technologies

Manage selection, implementation, and use of internal and external litigation support applications

Oversee data intake, transfer, storage, processing, review, and production in accordance with firm standards

Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Relativity and other litigation software
-
Coordinate document discovery, depositions, transcripts, and trial support, including hot seat support when required

Assist with training and guidance for litigation teams on document review protocols and litigation technology tools

Participate in post-project analysis, quality control, and process improvement initiatives
-
Stay current on litigation technology trends and promote firm-supported tools and services
-
Support special projects and additional litigation initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
-
5+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or litigation project management experience
-
Prior experience in a law firm environment (large firm preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Relativity (Relativity Certified Administrator preferred)

Experience with Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) / Predictive Coding

Familiarity with common litigation tools such as CaseMap, TimeMap, Trial Director, Westlaw Case Notebook, and similar platforms

Proven ability to manage large, complex litigation matters involving ESI

Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, IT, and vendors

Bachelor’s degree required

Ability to handle occasional physical tasks related to trial or case preparation
