Location: Gardner, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $24 – $26 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Loan Processor to support residential, commercial, and consumer lending. This role is responsible for ensuring loans are accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Review loan files from setup through closing
Maintain escrow accounts and process tax/insurance payments
Handle loan maintenance, payoffs, discharges, and lien releases
Reconcile reports and general ledger accounts
Process incoming/outgoing wires and credit card transactions
Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Prior experience in loan operations or banking preferred
