Patient Service Representative ($26/hour)

Hours: M-F 8 AM – 5:30 PM, 8 hour shifts

Responsibilities:
Schedules initial, follow-up, and multi-disciplinary (with multiple providers) patient visits
Coordinates and maintains providers master clinical schedules Submits referrals for specialty appointment requests Obtains intake information from patient and referring physician offices.
