Lead Machine Operator

Location:
- Bristol, RI
Hours:
- Full time– 60 hour mandatory work week
- First 6 Months: Monday – Thursday, 12:00pm – 12:00am
- After 6 Months – 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm – 3:00am
Requirements:
- 5+ years of machine operating experience.
- Basic knowledge of scan guns and/or inventory control system.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as fork trucks, drum trucks, pallet jacks, hoists) to move, store, stage, and/or load raw materials and product.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Comply with all job related ISO quality procedures and customer specifications.
- Prior to loading the machine, review the Work Order (e.g. specification sheet, material requirements, process notes as applicable) and visually confirm that the proper raw materials have been prepared and staged.
- Visually inspect and confirm that prepared adhesive has been pre-labeled and tagged.
- Plan, organize, & direct your shift team members to meet required deadlines, as needed.
- In conjunction with your Supervisor, establish and/or enforce operating policies and procedures.
Pay Rate:
- 30/hr
