We have partnered with a growing management company out of Long Island who is in need of a Maintenance Super to Live Onsite at a brand new 50 unit Garden Style Affordable housing community in East Hampton.

The position is responsible for schedule of the techs, negotiating vendor contracts, inspections, purchasing materials and workign with the manager on the department’s budget.

Supers are also responsible for hands-on work:

Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal

Ideally someone with affordable housing/REAC inspection experience but not required.
Pay: $65K plus a 2 bedroom apartment
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri some oncall work as needed.
