We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility and equipment maintenance in a busy manufacturing environment. This position oversees maintenance operations for all buildings, machinery, and utilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with environmental and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance operations for all production equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Maintain parts inventory and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors.

Oversee facility maintenance projects including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.

Ensure compliance with all EHS, OSHA, and environmental regulations.

Lead, train, and mentor maintenance team members; manage scheduling, performance, and development.

Support equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades.

Maintain records, documentation, and SDS files.

Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives (6S, SMED, Standard Work).
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management in a manufacturing environment.

3+ years of supervisory experience required.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems knowledge.

Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience using a CMMS system preferred.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles strongly preferred.

High school diploma required; Associate degree a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

Manufacturing plant setting; regular exposure to shop conditions.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
