180 unit apartment building in Salem looking for a Maintenance techs.

From manager: We are looking for a Maintenance Tech, (doesn’t have to be high skilled) caulking, painting, etc.. nothing that requires a specific skill.

Maintenance Technician:

Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.
Schedule is M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch + They must participate in the emergency on-call rotation every 3rd week for the full week
Pay $17-18/hour
