Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location:
Hampton, NH/ Newington, NH
Hours:
- Full time hours
- Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Lead all facilities and maintenance requests for 2 commercial office sites
- Assist Lead Engineer with all on-site maintenance and facilities WO’s
- HVAC Project Repairs
- Lighting, filter replacement, roofing repairs, light fixtures, basic plumbing and HVAC
Requirements:
- Must be HVAC certified
- Direct experience with commercial property preferred; residential acceptable
- Ability to work independently and in teams to complete facilities requests
Pay Rate:
- $35-40 / hour Depending on experience
