Local multi-unit apartment complex looking for experienced or early career maintenance tech. willing to learn and grow. Majority of work will include handyman work, apartment turnover, snow removal and regular grounds maintenance and routine facility repairs.
This position requires professionalism and ability to interact with tenants in a cordial, customer-service oriented capacity.
Pay: $24.00-26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Location: Amesbury MA
Job responsibilities include:
Snow removal, resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner, pick up trash if seen on grounds, respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants, trouble shooting and making routine repairs (paining, electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry, appliance repair/replacement), vacant turnovers.
Emergency on call required
Must have and maintain valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
