We are working with a 400 unit apartment complex in Worcester who is in need of additional Maintenance help.
Techs are responsible for Apartment Turnovers and General Maintenance orders
Compensation: $22-$23/hour
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
- Experience in affordable housing preferred.
- Plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and electrical experience required.
- Emergency on-call rotation is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
