We are working with a 150+ unit Class A Townhome community in the Doylestown area that is looking for additional Maintenance help
Pay is $20-23/hr based on experience and a schedule of 8am – 430pm Mon-Fri
The position involves landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general maintenance tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Daily inspection/clean-up of the community
Daily inspections of vacant homes for cleanliness and minor repairs
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Physicals demands include: pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying 50lbs or more.
Great people skills – maintains professional and courteous attitude when dealing with residents, co-workers and vendors.
Regular and consistent attendance.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
