Maintenance Technician – Washington Heights 55 Williamburg Dr Worcester, Massachusetts 01602
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
- Experience in affordable housing preferred.
- Plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and electrical experience required.
- Emergency on-call rotation is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
