We have partnered with a 80 unit apartment compelx in Geneseo who is looking to add a Maintenance Tech to their team. You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.
$21-23/hour
8am -5pm Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
- Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
- Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Clean Up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
