We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to become a part of our team in Paterson! You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.
The property is approx 70 unit affordable housing building and is looking to hire an All-around Handyman or experienced Technician ASAP!
8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
$22-25/hour
Responsibilities: Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking) Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches) Painting Drywall Patching Clean Up :
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
