Schedule is M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch
We have partnered with a 200-unit affordable housing community in West Haverstraw NY that is in need of Maintenance Techs to help with a large volume of turnovers and maintenance orders.
Techs should have experience with the following:
- Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
- Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, as well as garbage removal
- Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
