We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 100 unit apartment complex in Fredonia, NY.
This position is covering a leave for about a month.
The position is paying $21-$23/hours with a schedule of 8:30am – 5pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities include:
- Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Affordable housing experience is a plus but not necessary.
