Maintenance Technician

- Hours: Full time
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Locations: Winooski, VT
Duties and Qualifications
- Must have general handyman knowledge
- Assisting with apartment turnovers
- On-Call is required every other week
- Some painting and repairs – general carpenter
- Maintenance in common areas
- General grounds keeping
