We have partnered with a leading Aerospace manufacturing in Bloomfield who is in need of Administrative help due to an increase in business.
The Admin with HR duties – processing onboarding paperwork, I9s, 1099s, Visas as well as the below:
Position Responsibilities
- To assist office manager in daily duties, organize office.
- Daily mail retrieval, distribution and processing.
- E-2 knowledge preferred Invoices, Purchase orders processing, payment and distribution.
- Monthly and semimonthly customer tracking.
- Keeping track of office supplies.
- Payroll processing and distribution.
- Filing of all processed paperwork.
- Party planning, order, organize, set up and break down employee and customer events.
- Typing, copying, faxing, answering phones and other related duties.
Position Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, E-2 Shop Tech, and QuickBooks.
- Associates Degree or equivalent in years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a team player that will work together to move the company forward.
- Candidate must be resourceful, dedicated and experience working with sensitive information.
Pay: $22-28/hour
Hours: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
