Schedule : Mon-Fri 8:30-5PM Hybrid: 1 day remote
Location: Lexingotn, MA
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute organization-wide marketing and communications strategies
* Create tailored campaigns using collected community data
* Produce content across email, website, social media, and print channels
* Manage branding, graphic design projects, and multimedia content creation
* Lead email marketing and social media efforts
* Monitor and improve website engagement and performance
* Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign results to guide strategy
* Ensure clear, consistent messaging that strengthens community connection and engagement
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
* 3-5 years of marketing/communications experience, ideally in a small-team environment
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset
