ROLE: SENIOR MANAGER PERFORMANCE MARKETING
ANNUAL SALARY: $100-140K W/ BONUS/401MATCH

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role involves leading the end-to-end performance marketing program, including the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include supporting daily marketing activities and leveraging data and insights to identify new opportunities, as well as testing and exploring new channel opportunities. Expertise in testing new strategies, prioritizing tasks, and pivoting as needed to achieve results is essential.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies including identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities while supporting the team in developing campaign optimization strategies
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align?on marketing strategies that support company goals and strategies
  • Budget Management
    • Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Track spending and ROI, adjusting as necessary to maximize return on investment.
    • Responsible for tracking performance KPIs on daily/weekly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect, and course correct immediately
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor small team of marketers fostering a high-performance culture and collaboration
    • Create a data-driven culture and learning environment that encourages continuous improvement in content quality and speed of execution
  • Program Ownership
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance
    • Prioritize tasks effectively to maximize impact and meet business objectives
    • Maintain a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities
    • Manage reporting on performance for senior leadership
  • Collaboration & Partnership
    • Mange relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, Design/Creative, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

SKILLS:

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to clearly define a roadmap and identify when to change and adjust strategies
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive actionable?insights and inform decisions
  • An ownership mindset with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and a get-stuff-done attitude
  • Preferred familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL and Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI
  • Preferred experience with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing in e-commerce (preferably B2B) with a track record of results in driving growth
  • 2+ years? experience as a people manager
  • Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing and a proven track-record of delivering qualified leads and successful results
