Medical Assistant – Primary Care Practice, Haverhill, MA
Schedule: 40 hours/week M-F 8:30-5 & 8:00-4:30
Pay: $23/hr
Requirements:
- MA certification/diploma required – NHA or AMCA cert or MA diploma
- BLS – AHA or ARC
- 1-3 years of MA experience
Summary:
- Data conversion-carry over existing Allergy list, problem list, medication list, vaccine history, save and upload consult notes
- Registering pt-demographics, insurance, address, phone number, email address, pharmacy, emergency contact
- Appt info -carrying over current appt into Athena
- Rooming patients
- Taking Vitals
- EKGs
- Prior Authorizations
- Patient education
- Scheduling
