Medical Assistant-830-6pm or 9-530pm $25.50 Temp-Perm Need to have done Prior Authorizations
We are looking for a patient focused individual for a Medical Assistant role. Individual must have good organizational skills, be reliable and attentive.
Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: including but not limited to:
- Rooms patients, takes vitals, and provides support to the providers and nurses
- Administering treatments/diagnostic tests as ordered by the provider (Vaccinations, Nebulizer, EKGs)
- Assist providers in physical examinations and/or procedures as necessary
- Delivers care that is specific to the age of the patient
- Accountable for providing safe patient care by demonstrating organizational skills that maintain and coordinate safe delivery of quality care for assigned patients/families
- Participates in a culturally competent plan of care that identifies patient problems, expected outcomes, and addresses preventative measures
- Contributes information provided by the patient or family for the assessment of health status
- Performed other duties as assigned
