Location: Float Pool – float through RI and MA outpatient practices (Primary Care/Family Med)
- far east as Wareham to further west in Swansea. RI sites are Tiverton, Middletown, and Portsmouth
Hour: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, no weekends
LPN Salary: $40 – 45/hr
MA Salary: $24 – $27/hr
- Medical Assistants MUST be Nationally Certified – AMCA, AAMA, AMT, CCMA (NHA certification), or NCMA (NCCT certification)
Job Description:
- Primary Care/ Pediatric and EPIC experience strongly preferred
- LPN / MA certification in MA and RI, CPR/ BLS, minimum of 1 year experience
Interview: Teams or onsite (onsite held at Swansea or Borden Medical offices
- We are searching for an LPNs / MAs to perform a variety of duties involving direct patient care, such as medication administration, patient and family teaching, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and within the scope of practical nursing.
- Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate.
- Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or medical assisting is required.
- Current LPN Licensure or MA certification is required.
- BLS required.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
- Six months or more experience in related setting preferred.
