Salary: $110,000 – $145,000, depending on experience

A well-established internal medicine practice in Somerset, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing primary care team. This position offers a highly supportive, patient-focused environment and an excellent work-life balance.

Independent patient visits under collaborative agreement

Located in a multi-specialty building with onsite X-ray and phlebotomy

Practice Environment:
This practice has a loyal patient base established over 25 years and recently moved into a larger, upgraded space within the same building. The incoming APP will be joining a calm, collaborative, and education-focused physician with a growing panel and supportive office culture.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of primary care experience preferred

Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant

Licensed or eligible in Massachusetts

DEA and Massachusetts controlled substances registration required

Strong communication, professionalism, and patient-centered approach
