Nurse Practitioner – Internal Medicine (Part-Time)

Overview:
A physician-owned multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join a busy Internal Medicine practice located on its main Fall River campus. This is a great opportunity for an experienced NP (3–5+ years) looking for a flexible schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Optional skilled nursing facility (SNF) rounding may be available one day per week.
You’ll join a collaborative care team consisting of one physician and another part-time APP, working in a fully supported environment with access to on-site diagnostic and specialty services.
What You’ll Do:

Provide independent outpatient care to adult patients under a collaborative agreement with the supervising physician

Conduct routine exams, chronic disease management, and acute visits

Maintain thorough and accurate EMR documentation (eClinicalWorks)

Collaborate with on-site specialists and diagnostics to ensure comprehensive patient care

Optionally participate in SNF rounding one day per week (if desired)
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family) in Massachusetts

Active DEA license and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration

Minimum 3–5 years of primary care or internal medicine experience preferred

Confident, independent clinician with excellent communication skills

Comfortable in a part-time, team-based environment

Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
