Senior services center hiring for DON.
Responsibilities:
- Initial patient intake
- Overall assessments, BP
- Manage team of 20 direct reports
- Oversee scheduling
- Create training plans
- Work with HR team to onboard, orient, and interview staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state policies
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience
- MA RN Licensure
- Community health experience
- Experience working in geriatrics a plus
