RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Answering phones, responding to emails, and managing both internal and external correspondence. 
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. 
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining office records, files, and documentation
  • Overseeing the smooth functioning of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. 
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and helpful experience. 
  • Providing administrative support to various departments and employees as needed. 
  • Managing office expenses, invoices, and potentially assisting with basic accounting tasks. 
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 
  • Coordinating with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services. 
  • Tenant Relations
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Scheduling
  • Assist with Purchase Orders and Contracts
  • Contractor Coordination
  • Other office duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree preferred
  • 2+ years office/admin experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Yardi experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively .
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities .
  • Attention to detail and accuracy .
  • Customer service skills .
