Job Overview
Busy local landscaping company looking for experienced office manager to join our team!
Duties to include A/R, A/P, Customer Service, Weekly Payroll Reporting,
Weekly & Monthly Billing, Weekly Scheduling.
Experience in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online REQUIRED.
Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail as this position requires multi-tasking.
This is a Full-time, year round, in-office position Monday-Friday.

Duties
Accounts Receivable-Monitoring Collections, Receiving/Applying Payments, Bank Deposits as needed.
Accounts Payable-Weekly A/P report, Vendor payment processing
Customer Service-Answering phones, messages and emails promptly
Weekly Payroll Reporting-Payroll preparation and reporting to Payroll Processing Company
Weekly & Monthly Billing-Weekly billing as needed, Monthly Commercial & Residential billing
Weekly Scheduling-Process prior weeks schedule to create upcoming weekly schedule for multiple crews
Light office errands as needed
Other Projects as needed throughout the different seasons
Qualifications
– Office management experience
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to handle accounts receivable tasks
– Familiarity with vendor and schedule management
– Prior experience in clerical and administrative roles
– Knowledge of budgeting and bookkeeping processes
