Leading regional and national human services provider is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable multi-tasker to join our team in Lowell MA. 

Bilingual applicants will receive priority consideration due to the nature of the role. 

This position will require sensitive and proactive communication with both external clients receiving job placement, translation, and immigration documentation support services, as well as internal management and inter-departmental personnel.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Front Desk/Office responsibilities including 
    • Greeting & Phones
    • Office Supplies
    • Schedule Management
  • Support for Internal Team Members
  • Assisting client–recent refugees/immigrants–with direction for correct point of contact and scheduling
  • Administrative support as needed
  • Data Entry
  • General clerical and miscellaneous tasks

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in community outreach programs or non-profit organizations dealing with public helpful
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred, not mandatory
  • Genuine interest/belief in the mission to assist recent immigrants and patience in working with individuals who speak English as a Second Language
