Electrician’s office, located in Lowell, MA, has an immediate opening for a full-time bookkeeper/administrative person to work onsite in a smoke-free office. The hours are Monday – Friday, 8-4. We need a QuickBooks experienced bookkeeper. The qualified candidate needs to know and use QUICKBOOKS Desktop, web-based PAYROLL, Field Service Management software (DISPATCHING) and Microsoft Office. We have an excellent location, close to Rtes. 3 and 495, in the Lowell area. This position is onsite, not remote.

If you have…….
- Experience in the trades (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing)
- 7-10 years of full charge bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience
- A working knowledge of accounting functions including A/P and A/R
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and all communication
- A professional telephone manner
- The ability to use good judgment and efficient problem solving
- Motivated to be part of a team
