Hiring for a fully remote Operations Support Specialist role.
Pay: $18.50/hr
M-F 8 hour days – 40 hours/week
Description:
The Operations Support Specialist for Service and Operations will assist customers by researching and locating Primary Care Physicians in their requested area. Research may include calling healthcare provider offices to confirm information. They will respond directly to members via email to guide them through the updating of their primary care selections and update Wellsense FACETS software with selected information. The support specialist will embody our company’s core values and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. The support specialist will assist with any other assigned administrative duties as requested.
Key Functions/Responsibilities:

· Ability to communicate effectively
· Data entry of various sorts into WellSense systems and spreadsheets
· Maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected health information
· Outbound calls to providers
· Very detail oriented
· Other duties as assigned
Education Required: High School diploma or the equivalent combination of training and experience is required; · Associate’s Degree is preferred
Experience Required:
· One or more years of related data entry and/or administrative experience are required
· Basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) experience
Experience Preferred/Desirable:
· Experience in healthcare operations is preferred
Competencies, Skills, and Attributes:
· Detail oriented: skill in filing, sorting, entering, and posting data
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
· Detail oriented, excellent proof reading and editing skills
· Typing skills: an average of 40 words per minute
· Fast learner
