Remote-Operations Support Specialist
Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: M-F 8 hour days – 40 hours/week
Job type: CONTRACT TO HIRE- 13 week contract, strong chance of extension/permanent conversion
Key Functions/Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Data entry of various sorts into WellSense systems and spreadsheets
- Maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected information
- Outbound calls
- Very detail oriented
- Fast learner ·
- One or more years of related data entry and/or administrative experience are required
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) experience
Qualifications:
Education Required:
· High School diploma or the equivalent combination of training and experience is required
Education Preferred:
· Associate’s Degree is preferred

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
