Job Title:? Customer Success & Order Processing Team Member
This client is a supplier of laboratory products for the Life Science industry. In 2022 we added to our strengths with the acquisition of VistaLab Technologies. Our strong focus on our customers, team, and values creates a fun and rewarding work-hard/play-hard environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurately processing new customer orders
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Reply to customer emails regarding order inquiries and product questions
- Process product returns
- Review current inventory against backordered items for fulfillment
- Review customer success reports to maintain accuracy of data
- Added additional responsibilities to be determined
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years experience in a customer service role.
Skills Desired/Experience:
? Team player
? Attention to detail is critical
? Proficient administration/organizational skills
. Strong Computer Skills ? Microsoft Office
. Experience with NetSuite
Job Type: Full-time-Temporary
