- $58-65k based on experience
- Full time M-F Onsite
- Reports to Outpatient Program Manager
Duties: Perform intakes and evaluation/assessments, develop treatment plans, provide interventions, documentation, case management services, act as a liaison between other agencies and departments, complete discharge paperwork, etc.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the nature of mental illness, severe and persistent mental illness, and addictions
- Knowledge of mental health disabilities and behavioral health treatment modalities
- Understanding of the client-centered approach and individualized treatment goals
- Must have one of the following licenses OR be eligible for a provisional permit/temp license:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)
- Licensed Psychoanalyst
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Registered (LCSW- R)
