Hours: Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Will be answering between 75 – 100 calls per day
- Assist with patient scheduling and registration.
- Facilitate patient access to physician practice services under the general direction of the Manager, Team Leader, or designee.
- This role is responsible to answering incoming calls to facilitate entering orders
- Scheduling appointments
- Enter prescriptions for the physician’s review
- Documentation of phone contact with patient
- Management of the electronic faxes
- Release of information compliance
- Inform patients of test results
- Will work as a liaison between physician offices and other departments to ensure coordination of patient care and patient satisfaction.
