Hours: M-F 8 AM – 5 PMÂ Temp to potential hire Responsibilities: Schedules initial, follow-up, and multi-disciplinary (with multiple providers) patient visits Coordinates and maintains providersâ€™ master clinical schedules Submits referrals for specialty appointment requests Obtains intake information from patient and referring physicianâ€™s offices. Schedules Radiology tests Requirements: Minimum 2 years of related experience required Epic EMR Experience Patient scheduling experience
