Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
- Verify all payroll deductions in reference to health, dental, insurance, and Club 100, etc., by working with the Human Resources (HR) Department.
- Review the “Approved Time Entries” report weekly.
- Review vacation, sick, personal, and compassionate days.
- Process payroll biweekly.
- Make payroll adjustments biweekly.
- Prepare and electronically transmit 403B payments/wage garnishments.
- Stay informed on Department of Labor (DOL) rulings and ensure that the agency maintains compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations and reporting.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the outside payroll company.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of community agencies, businesses, and members, verbally or in writing.
- Adhere to all Human Rights policies and procedures, complete incident reports as needed, and provide the least restrictive environment, while adhering to each participant’s level of supervision.
- Maintain accurate participant payroll records from change of status forms.
- Maintain attendance records for vacation and sick benefits.
- Prepare checks and electronically transmit direct deposits.
- Verify all payroll deductions.
- Provide cooperative service to agency personnel and resolve any related payroll issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years related experience required.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
