Senior Payroll Specialist
$35-40/hr
- Ongoing maintenance of payroll system (new employee, payroll changes, etc.)
- 401k deferral and company match process
- Remitting funds to TROWE Price
- Working with Ceridian for outsourced tax compliance and quarterly reporting process
- annual w-2 process
- supporting annual audits (Benefits audits, workers comp, financial audit)
- Union experience huge plus
- Oracle huge plus
