Payroll Supervisor

The Payroll Supervisor/Mananger is responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining employee data, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll.
Audit payroll inputs for accuracy and completeness.
Manage new hires, employee changes, and termination payouts.
Enter direct deposit information, adjustments, and deductions.
Report stop payments/reissues.
Set up and distribute Wisely cards.
Provide labor reports to operations.
Manage weekly audit trails.
Review PTO used for final pay.
Offer customer service support for payroll and time attendance issues.
Complete payroll and non-payroll related projects as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of payroll-related experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of multi-state wage and hour laws.
Knowledge of federal and state labor compliance laws.
Associates or technical degree preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
