Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant

Compensation: $105-165k based on experience 

MUST have pediatrics experience 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a pediatric and adolescent medicine team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, for children and adolescents. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care in collaboration with physicians.

  • Refer patients to specialists as needed.

  • Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives.

  • Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical protocols.

  • Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.

  • Coordinate care with team members, departments, and community providers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and completion of an approved nurse practitioner program (pediatric specialization preferred), or PA with interest in pediatrics.

  • Valid state licensure.

  • DEA and controlled substance registration (or eligible).

  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide evidence-based care.

  • Effective communication skills with patients, peers, and other stakeholders.

  • Comfortable using electronic health record and other computer systems.
